Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA)

The East Midlands Domestic Energy Alliance has been formed by a group of qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessors to offer property professionals in the Grantham area - Solicitors, Estate Agents and Landlords - the opportunity to avail themselves of a local and reliable addition to their EPC production capacity. We also offer a HIP facility.

From 14th December 2007 all marketed properties must have a Home Information Pack. An essential part of this is the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

EMDEA are certificated by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and are dual accredited.
